Yes, we use clear cellophane bags with a self-sealing tab. We don’t offer ribbons or custom bag colors at this time.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible to reserve your spot. Our schedule can fill up quickly, sometimes overnight, so ordering in advance ensures we can accommodate your request. Don’t worry about your order arriving too soon, once we have your order we can schedule the baking and shipping dates to make sure your cookies are fresh and arrive right on time for your event. For large orders (more than 10 dozen cookies or 25 edible impressions), please place your order at least 10 days before your deadline.

Cookies stay fresh up to 2 weeks after baking. Each cookie comes individually wrapped in self-sealing cellophane bags.

Edible prints last 3 months in original packaging. Just avoid extreme temperatures when storing and avoid direct sunlight (to avoid color desaturation).

Yes, you can. Send us a message and we’ll help you set up the order, including a simple address template if needed. Shipping to multiple addresses does include extra shipping fees, and delivery usually takes 2-5 business days depending on the destination.
